Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Grewa account and personal information at any time.

How to delete your account

Sign in to your Grewa account (website or app), go to My Profile, and under "Delete account" select "Delete my account" and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your login and password, your profile details (name, email, phone), the link between you and any connected pumps (they're unlinked for re-use), your support history and reviews, and any marketing lists.

What we keep, and why

Australian law requires keeping sales and tax-invoice records for around five years. If you've ordered, we keep that transaction record in a de-identified form (personal details removed) for that period, then delete it. Nothing kept can identify you.

Prefer we do it for you?

If you can't sign in, email support@grewa.com.au from your account's email address and we'll process the deletion.
