Who it is for

Plumbers, irrigation installers, electricians, builders and other trades who install pumps for clients, with an active ABN.

Trade price

As per your agreed discount from RRP, applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery

Included, Australia-wide, dispatched next business day from our Melbourne warehouse.

Payment

Pay by card at checkout. Invoice terms (14 or 30 days) may be offered to established accounts by agreement.

Guarantee and callouts

The 3-year guarantee covers parts and labour, and approved claims include a labour allowance for your callout. The amount is in your approval email.

Your pricing

The RRP is a recommendation only. Trade prices are for installing for clients, not for resale to other retailers.

Approval and changes

Accounts are approved by Grewa, usually the same day, and we may decline or close an account. We may change these terms, or your account's discount and allowances, by giving you 14 days' notice by email; changes apply only to orders placed after that. You can close your account at any time. The version you accepted is recorded on your account.
